HPE Melbourne wanted to convert a large meeting room area into two separate rooms using an acoustic operable wall, with further glazed acoustic walls running at the front of both rooms to separate them from the reception and general-purpose areas.
Construction company Vemi selected Bildspec to supply a Series 100 Rw52 centre-stacking operable wall to divide the large meeting area, running perpendicular to another 10m wide Rw48 Konnect Double Glazed operable wall (including 2 x jamb-hung full height pass doors with lever handle and a moving formed 3-way multi meeting post) at its mid-point.
The result is a stunning flexible and collaborative working space providing speech intelligibility and acoustic privacy to the occupants of the meeting area/s.
