X-20 is a single-pack, one-application spray-on system that deeply penetrates new or old concrete. X-20 Coolroom and Freezer penetrate deeply into the concrete matrix, permanently waterproofing the concrete and providing long-term protection from contamination ingress. X-20
Coolroom and Freezer are also penetrating sealers, creating an impervious finish.
