Scope of works
As part of new construction of the Pentland Hills Pet Resort, Oxtek Solutions X263 Medi Vet Repeller was used to treat the concrete at time of pour to help cure, harden, densify and pretct the concrete from moisture transmission. X263 Medi Vet repeller was also chosen due to the antimicrobial additive BIOMASTER which mechanically kills the bacteria’s MRSA and Ecoli as well as surface protection and ease of cleaning against acids, oils, water-based stains, chemicals, bodily fluids and many more. A single pack one application spray on system that deeply penetrates the concrete. The application of X263 Medi-Vet Repeller™ at time of the concrete pour will cure concrete to provide the hardened properties equivalent to that of water pond curing, permanently waterproof concrete from any direction, making the concrete impermeable and increasing its longevity whilst providing surface protection from contamination.
