As part of FitStop’s recent expansion in QLD, a purpose built gym facility has been constructed within the new com[1]mercial and retail precinct located at Burpengary on the north of Brisbane. To address residual moisture content within the new concrete subfloor floor, X220 Moisture Fix was applied to the prepared substrate surface to eliminate the risks associated with subfloor moisture and the applied flooring installation systems (rubber and carpet). X220 Moisture Fix is an internal moisture barrier system that penetrates the deep matrix of the concrete to which it is applied to permanently address current and future moisture concerns and providing a substrate compatible for the installation of topically applied flooring systems.
