Bildspec Operable Walls was recently chosen by Sheldon Commercial Interiors to install a Series100, Rw49 Side stacking Operable wall at Peakstone’s office fit-out in Clarence Street, Sydney. Operable walls are moveable acoustic wall panels, and in this case, the wall allows Peakstone to divide 14-person and 8-person meeting room space when required or open the wall to enable them to turn the space into a town-hall style presentation and training area.
Moveable acoustic wall panels allow a limited transfer of sound from the adjacent space into the smaller individual space. Bildspec’s operable walls allow commercial tenants greater flexibility with their office spaces, enabling them to create meeting rooms, board rooms, breakout rooms, etc. These moveable acoustic wall panels offer each application varying acoustic properties, which are also highly attractive.
